Hello! Well this is exciting, a new website with a blog! Welcome to the first posting at Sweet Thea!

I have been crazy about desserts and pastry for a long time, and have been trained by some of the best. I am fortunate enough to have a great job as Pastry Chef for a prestigious club in Vancouver, that allows me the opportunity to create a lot of wonderful desserts every day. I will be sharing some of these with you in this blog, and hope to get ideas and feedback from you, dear reader! As well I will be sharing some recipes, and ideas about desserts, wedding cake designs and other things that I hope you will find interesting.

All this technology is rather new to me – I am far more at home in the kitchen! so don’t expect any literary masterpieces, just culinary ones – lots of yummy dessert ideas.

There are many ways to keep up with what’s happening on Sweetthea.com, that I don’t particularly understand, but my web designer Travis tells me you will. We have an RSS feed that you can subscribe to using a reader, or email. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr so far, and will be adding some more technical links as we go along.

So, again welcome! Please look around the website at my delicious concoctions, and feel free to email me with any questions or ideas.
