Often Thea is asked if she can provide specialty cake for weddings, and the response is always ‘Yes!’
Her  most frequent requests are for:
(a) flourless chocolate
(b) allergy-specific, such as spelt, egg-free, or dairy-free cake
(c) traditional fruitcake
